All policies relating to our day-to-day operation are supported by a comprehensive set of policies and procedures, which we hold in a company manual. These ensure our compliance to the latest statutory requirements as outlined by the DFE. These are available on request for inspection by parents/carers at the nursery.

Health & Safety
Our priority at Tick Tock is to provide a safe and secure learning environment for children, parents and staff. As such, Health and Safety is a strong focus and our in house procedures and practices are monitored on a regular basis to ensure compliance, and staff attend regular training and updates on Health and Safety issues. We have a dedicated Health and Safety Co-ordinator who is responsible for all issues within the Nursery.

Equal Opportunities

At Tick Tock we welcome all children and adults and do not discriminate in any way towards gender, race or ethnic origin, creed, colour, religion, disabilities or impairments. Every child and adult will be treated as an individual who has individual needs.

Tick Tock Day Nursery will work with children, parents and the community to ensure the rights and safety of children to give them the very best start in life. We take security steps to ensure that we have control over who comes into the setting so that no unauthorised person has unsupervised access to the children.
